They were extremely helpful and professional and made the entire confusing experience simple for us to understand. We had a lot of questions and they were always more than happy to answer. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking building approval!

Bernadette Kropman04:17 18 Nov 19I phoned them to enquire about certification for a proposed carport installation. I was asked by Debbie to submit a mud map of the plan and the address. She would then quote me and tell me the process. I did not receive a response. I then called the office, and was told someone would call me back. No one did. I called again, I was told that a message would be left with Debbie to call me back - no one did. Why ask me to submit anything in the first place? Or have the manners to call back and say I am not interested to quote. What a disgrace.

I’m hoping my experience will deter other builders from engaging this company and risk loosing money.I found this company to be:• Incompetent• Unethical• Lack of common sense• Egoistic time and money waster• Creator rather than solver of problems..Builders beware – DON’T GET BURNED.One star - nil is not an option on this page! – for his support staff’s customer service.Please reply to this with one of your essays and teach us another lesson!Builders, absolutely beware or it will cost you thousands.ZK

The steps were clearly outlined to me by Debbie and Darryl provided the technical detail I needed in order the comply. From my first phone conversation with Debbie through to final sign off, I found both Darryl and Debbie to be very helpful, patient and professional. Darryl took time to explain to me the criteria he needed to meet to be able to pass such a conversion, which enabled me to focus on providing him with that specific information. Overall I was very satisfied with the service DG Certifiers provided me with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using their services for my next project.

Asked DG Certifiers to complete a pool safety certificate (recently expired) and approvals/certification on a Titan shed I'd built 6 years earlier (but never did the final - my own laziness) and I couldn't have asked for an easier process.From the time I engaged their services to completion was barely a couple of weeks. Once the paperwork was done - Darryl completed an inspection - gave me a list of additional items to complete (which I did) and that was it.Huge thanks to Darryl and Debbie at DG Certifiers - highly recommended!
