D G Certifiers Pty Ltd is owned and operated by Darryl Green who has been associated within the building industry now for 30 years and is licensed as a Private Building Certifier with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission.
Darryl is an Accredited Building Surveyor, is registered with the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors, and is our principal Certifier and Pool Safety Inspector providing building approval certification, management of concurrence applications, local government applications for build over adjacent to sewer, new plumbing applications, inspection services, onsite consultations, due diligence reports and in-office meetings. He has extensive experience in approving and certifying residential buildings and swimming pools, both new and existing. As Darryl is also a Pool Safety Inspector, pool safety inspections are available (Form 23).
